Emerging Challenges in the Global Competitor Peer Group


In a dynamic industry, like the global upstream oil and gas sector, peer groups are fluid. A significant process of evolution is underway that is changing the relevant characteristics of upstream peer groups and company positions within these peer groups. This process will significantly increase the future level and scope of competition the GC companies face as they attempt to achieve their growth targets.
